2019 - 2024 Strategic Plan
The 2019-2024 strategic plan established Independence Community College’s ambitious goals as we prepare for our second century. This plan was designed with input from a wide variety of contributors, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, industry partners, and community leaders. It is a living document. It provides a strategic framework with six key initiatives and four areas of focus to be executed by 2024.
